    • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.
    • The guarantee is valid only for customers who have booked and paid for their service directly through official JOMIETASKER LLC channels (website or email).
    • The property must be inspected in person at the time of service completion or within the 24-hour claim window.

  3. Claim Process

    • To submit a claim, contact us via sales@jomietasker.com with the following information:

      • Full name, registered phone number, or email.
      • A detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction.
      • Supporting documentation such as photos or videos of the areas in question.

    • Claims submitted without sufficient proof or documentation may not be eligible for review.

    • JOMIETASKER LLC will respond to all claims within 3 business days.

  4. Resolution Options

    • Re-Clean Option: If applicable, we will offer a complimentary re-clean to address your concerns.
    • Refund Option: If the re-clean does not resolve the issue, a 100% refund of the specific service cost will be issued.

  5. Limitations and Exclusions

    • Areas Outside the Scope: The guarantee does not apply to areas or services not included in the original booking.
    • Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for dirt, damage, or conditions present before the cleaning service.
    • Post-Service Damage or Use: Claims related to areas that were cleaned but later used, dirtied, or altered after our team left the property will not be eligible.
    • Misrepresentation: Any fraudulent claims or deliberate misuse of the guarantee will result in denial of the claim and termination of future services.
    • Third-Party Involvement: The guarantee does not apply to services booked through third-party platforms or agents.
    • Pets and Hazards: Claims related to pet accidents, hazardous materials, or excessive clutter not disclosed during the booking will not be covered.

  6. Refund Timeline

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of claim resolution.
