1. Advance Notice Cancellations.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will incur no charges and will receive a full refund.

2. Last-Minute Cancellations.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total service cost.

3. Same-Day Cancellations.
Cancellations made on the day of the service or at the time of our team’s arrival will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total service cost.

4. Service Rescheduling.
Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance will incur no charges.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to availability and may include an additional charge of 25% of the total service cost.

Important: Cancellations or rescheduling requests will only be processed if they are received from the registered phone number or email associated with your account.

6. Exceptions.
In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, JOMIETASKER LLC reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its discretion.

7. Refunds.
Applicable refunds will be processed within 7 business days following the cancellation.

8. Service Limitations.

While we strive to exceed expectations, certain services fall outside the scope of what we provide:

• We DO NOT remove debris, excessive trash, or perform cleaning services after construction, remodeling, painting projects, or heavy maintenance work.
• We DO NOT clean excessively adhered or embedded dirt on walls, carpets, or other surfaces that require specialized equipment or could risk damaging the materials.

If your property requires any of these services and the correct service category has not been booked, we reserve the right to refuse the service upon arrival. In such cases, our cancellation policy will apply, and no refunds will be provided for incorrect bookings.

9. Legal Compliance.
This policy complies with the laws and regulations of the state of North Carolina and the United States of America.

10. Policy Modifications.
JOMIETASKER LLC reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
