We strive to provide impeccable service because we know that a clean environment contributes to your well-being and peace of mind. If for any reason you feel that we have not met our service standards, you have up to 24 hours after the service has been provided to contact us. Please send an email to sales@jomietasker.com or a text message to 984-325-5406 with photographs, evidence, and arguments supporting your guarantee request. We will re-clean the area in question at no additional cost because your satisfaction and happiness are our greatest rewards. If we do not receive contact within 24 hours, we will consider our commitment fulfilled. Because at JOMIETASKER LLC, your well-being is our purpose. To ensure the effectiveness of our guarantee, please note that it does not cover the following situations: Subsequent use of the space: If the spaces have been used again by customers or third parties after our visit, the original condition of the service may be altered. This can make it difficult to accurately assess the quality of our initial work. Subsequent dirtiness: If the spaces become dirty after the service has been provided, we cannot guarantee the cleanliness as the new conditions do not reflect the work performed by our team.
